Service introduction

What makes me unique as a doula is my perinatal approach - meaning all of the stages from pregnancy through postpartum. While it is important to spend time preparing for the delivery (and we will absolutely do that!), the rhythms and routines of adding a new member to the family are less often considered. On top of preparing for labor, we will spend time preparing the whole family for postpartum, including: + how to care for the mother as she heals + setting expectations for family member responsibilities + a plan for establishing your long-term parenting support people (your "village") + routines for baby sleep/feeding, and more!

Brooke turned me away for denying wanting to deliver at a birthing center of her choosing, she also states she takes insurance and provides knowledge and care for many things but after speaking with her none of that is true. Be careful and do your research before you hire this doula

Brooke was present for the birth of my first two boys and the quality of care I received not only during my labor but both before and after their births has her operating at the top of her field. She anticipates needs, communicated with the medical staff, family, my husband and I in a way that made me feel confident and at peace, knowing she had things under control, I was able to be present in the moments both before, during and after birth. I am so grateful she was there coaching me through birth, and providing check ups on me post partum. She was able to anticipate needs and identify emotions I didn’t even know I was having and it has made me a better mother! Brooke is really the best out there!

Brooke is both emotionally available and very practical when making decisions and laying out road maps for labor/delivery. Definitely recommend if you want to be educated and listened to on your journey!

So grateful for Brooke's presence at my second son's birth. After a rough experience with my first birth, I knew when I found out I was pregnant again that i wanted to redeem my birth trauma and hire a doula to help do that. Having brooke there to support me, and my partner, emotionally/physically/mentally was the absolute game changer. The relief her knowledge and expertise brought me AND my husband is forever cherished and irreplaceable. She also supported us for our twin pregnancy/birth but unfortunately was unable to attend the twin c-section because of covid protocols at the hospital. Her support following the twins birth with my recovery and postpartum needs was more than anything we could've asked for. I recommend hiring brooke as your doula 1000x over.
