I plan to give birth in Banner Thunderbird hospital. I already have one baby that I birthed at Scottsdale Shea all natural. My experience with my doula there was amazing and I don’t think I would have been able to manage the pain without her. I am looking for someone similar to help me with recommending different positions during birth and assisting me through contractions. I don’t know what my budget is yet as I’m just starting to look.

A doula who helps with the mental prep of birth and guides me throughout. We are deciding between a hospital and home birth. Estimated budget is $1,500-$2,000. Minimum 10 years in the business.
