Walking one crazy season in life, this loved one of mine found a strength deep within. As a postpartum doula, again, care is always tailored to each family's needs bringing support both emotionally and physically. This sometimes is a listening ear, breakfast in bed and gentle foot rub for mom, while other times it is caring for baby overnight as mom and dad sleep a little deeper knowing that their little one is watched and safe while they rest. Whether providing care day or night, I am always glad and available to assist in every way that I can with light housekeeping, dishes, laundry, extra love and time for older siblings, or even prepping a meal into the crock pot for later.
