About me

As a certified postpartum doula my journey to becoming a doula was sparked by my own experiences transitioning into parenthood and realizing how invaluable supportive and unbiased care during this time can be . I support new families during the incredible and sometimes challenging transition into life with a new born . This includes things like offering breastfeeding guidance , assisting with light housework and most importantly providing a listening ear and emotional support as you navigate the joys and challenges of this special time . I’m passionate about helping families feel empowered and confident and also look forward to learning more about your needs and discussing how I can best support your family .
