Hi there! I am a birth and postpartum doula, birth photographer, and educator located in Waddell, Arizona. I am passionate about creating an informed and empowered birth experience. The spark for birth work was inspired after the natural birth of my daughter and the love for this work has been reignited in every birth I have attended since. I hope to help "normalize" birth as well as empower parents in their journey into new parenthood.

Postpartum Support - Lite
10 Daytime hours 1 hour prenatal visit individually or with family for education and prep. 9 hours of support scheduled in 3 hour blocks within the first 3 weeks postpartum. Prenatal visits include preparing birth/postpartum space, education, postpartum prepping, etc. Postpartum visits include baby care support (feeding, diapers, soothing, etc.). parent self care, light meal plan/prep or meal train, sibling care, sleep support, education, referral and resources, and more.
