About Meagan
Hi there! I am a birth and postpartum doula, birth photographer, and educator located in Waddell, Arizona. I am passionate about creating an informed and empowered birth experience. The spark for birth work was inspired after the natural birth of my daughter and the love for this work has been reignited in every birth I have attended since. I hope to help "normalize" birth as well as empower parents in their journey into new parenthood.

Postpartum Virtual Support - First Five Days

Postpartum Support - Lite
10 Daytime hours 1 hour prenatal visit individually or with family for education and prep. 9 hours of support scheduled in 3 hour blocks within the first 3 weeks postpartum. Prenatal visits include preparing birth/postpartum space, education, postpartum prepping, etc. Postpartum visits include baby care support (feeding, diapers, soothing, etc.). parent self care, light meal plan/prep or meal train, sibling care, sleep support, education, referral and resources, and more.
Postpartum Support - Mid
21 Daytime hours 1 hour prenatal visit individually or with family for education and prep. 20 hours of support scheduled in 2-4 hour blocks within the first six weeks postpartum. Prenatal visits include preparing birth/postpartum space, education, postpartum prepping, etc. Postpartum visits include baby care support (feeding, diapers, soothing, etc.). parent self care, light meal plan/prep or meal train, sibling care, sleep support, education, referral and resources, and more.
Postpartum Support - Full
33 Daytime hours 1 hour prenatal visit individually or with family for education and prep. 32 hours of support scheduled in 2-4 hour blocks throughout the first eighteen weeks postpartum. Prenatal visits include preparing birth/postpartum space, education, postpartum prepping, etc. Postpartum visits include baby care support (feeding, diapers, soothing, etc.). parent self care, light meal plan/prep or meal train, sibling care, sleep support, education, referral and resources, and more.
Birth Photography
Pre-Birth Consultation: A meting (virtually or in person) to discuss your birth plan, preferences, and the moments you want to capture. This ensures I understand your vision and can offer guidance on what to expect. On-Call Photographer: From 38 weeks onward, I will be on-call 24/7, ready to arrive when your labor begins. No matter the time or place, I will be there to document your journey. Labor & Delivery Coverage: I will unobtrusively capture the key moments of your birth—whether at home, in a hospital, or at a birthing center. Every photo will highlight the emotions, connection, and strength that define this transformative experience. Postpartum & First Moments: From your first touch to the tender interactions between your new baby and your family, I’ll ensure those intimate first hours are beautifully preserved. Professional Editing: Your images will be carefully selected and edited to create a stunning collection of high-resolution photos that reflect the natural beauty of birth. Digital Gallery: You’ll receive a private, downloadable gallery with your edited images, perfect for sharing with loved ones or preserving as a keepsake for years to come.
