I am a certified Birth Doula and Breastfeeding Councelor practicing in the Ottawa, Cornwall and Brockville regions of Ontario. I am a mother of 7 and grandmother to one. I support mothers and their partners to have confident, well-informed births by teaching the most current evidence-based methods for comfort and pain relief. My job is to ensure the mother's well-being and strengthen her feelings of empowerment in her birth experience. I specialize in reassuring highly anxious mothers that they are safe and supported.
