About me

Hi, I’m Caitlin, a birth doula and childbirth educator who believes preparation changes birth. I guide women through pregnancy with practical tools, clear information, and steady emotional support so they can approach labor with clarity instead of fear. When you understand what your body is designed to do and how to navigate your options, everything shifts. Confidence grows. Decisions feel grounded. Birth becomes something you move through, not something that happens to you. As your doula, I provide continuous support during labor while also equipping you beforehand with the education that makes that support meaningful. We talk through the physiology of birth, hospital policies, comfort measures, partner involvement, and how to advocate for your preferences with calm strength. My goal is not to control your birth or create a rigid plan, but to help you feel capable, informed, and supported no matter how your story unfolds. Every birth is unique. What stays constant is your need to feel safe, respected, and prepared. I’m here to help you build that foundation so you can step into this experience feeling steady and empowered.

I hired Caitlin for my birth and she was kind and helped me understand my birth plan. I really wanted an unmedicated birth and she supported me through that choice in the hospital. Loved having her!

I went back and forth about hiring a doula and I am so glad we chose Caitlin. From our first meeting I felt like she genuinely cared. She didn’t just give me information, she made sure I actually understood it. I felt so much more confident walking into labor because I wasn’t guessing what might happen. When labor started, having her there made such a difference. She reminded me to breathe, helped me change positions, talked my husband through how to support me, and just kept the room calm. I don’t think I realized how much I needed her until I was in it. I look back on my birth feeling proud instead of overwhelmed, and I really believe her support played a huge role in that!

Working with Caitlin was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. She gave me this workbook while I was pregnant and it helped me so much. I felt way less anxious because I actually understood what was happening in my body and what my options were. It made me feel prepared instead of scared. During labor she was so comforting. She stayed calm the entire time and that really helped me stay calm too. She knew when to guide me and when to just sit with me. I never felt alone. After baby was born she came over and checked on me, helped me process everything, and made sure I felt good about feeding and recovery. That postpartum visit meant so much because those first few days are a blur. I’m so grateful I had her support. I would recommend her to anyone.
