First baby, planning hospital delivery, possibly unmedicated, budget is not much, and in person

In person or virtual pumping consultation. I'm not getting good output in the last two days since my 4 month old started daycare and I'm back at work. I've only pumped a couple times since she was born before starting work and was using an old Ameda Mya. It worked well once in my first week post partum when I was engorged. When I used it recently it didn't pump much but I wasn't sure if it was old parts an old pump or that I didn't have much supply between breast feeds. I got a new Medela pump in style pro and have tried with 24, 21, and 18 mm flanges. I can get 2 oz ok on my left breast but on my right I only get 1 oz and need to get at least 2. My nipple on that side isn't very pointy - my areola and nipple make a triangle shape. When I pump it hurts my nipple and turns purple but I feel like my areola is pulled in so I don't know if the flange is too big or too small or it's something else. I was able to pump ~4oz pretty consistently with my first born 2 years ago but I think that was mostly when I was in office using a hospital grade pump and I work from home now.

Two week old has a shallow latch, baby seems to all of a sudden comfort nurse rather than feed. Need help urgently. Shallow latch has turned into painful feeds/sore nipples. Would prefer someone to come to the home. Budget is $250-300.

2nd child,(Any interested providers must accept nj family care Medicaid insurance), need someone who can be present during labor to help coach me, lactation consultant also preferred. Someone compassionate, understanding & attentive and caring. Planning to give birth at Virtua hospital.

First baby, home birth, in person doula. I have no idea what the budget can be

I plan to give birth at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point Nj. I’d prefer in person but virtual is okay. As of 9/21 I am 29 weeks exactly. I would very much prefer to pay through insurance. With my first baby I breastfed for two months and then milk stopped coming in and I was forced to switch to formula. I am also curious about doing a natural birth this time, I had an epidural last time and it was a mess.

12 weeks old, on breastmilk and formula due to NICU stay at birth, and issues with Jaundice. working to get on breastmilk only but having supply issues.

I haven’t been able to get my baby to latch successfully yet. I was just finally about to get colostrum when I hand expressed on 10/12. The hospital had me start formula after his birth because his temperature was a bit low and I hadn’t been able to latch him. His temperature remained a bit low the two days we were in the hospital, but now I fear I’m overfeeding him formula and want to get his breastfeeding journey started. I would like an in person consultation.
