I'm Candace- Mother, doula, lifelong learner, physiological birth enthusiast, and founder of Transcendent Birth®. I am on a mission to improve birth outcomes and empower Houston area families through information, encouragement and support as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for birth. Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class

The Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class introduces parents to the basic techniques for comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth. This three-hour class adds confidence and skills for the birth partner and reassurance for the birthing mother while highlighting your baby's active role to rotate down and out of the pelvis. Learn techniques to help muscles in your pelvis support an easier birth. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help "make room for baby!" Spinning Babies® reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor and allows birth to be more comfortable. This class is for expectant parents only.

1:1 Body Ready Method® Assessments

BRM® uses a 5 pillar method to help the pregnant and birthing body achieve balanced strength and mobility. BRM® minimizes aches, pains, and dysfunction- supporting a more efficient birthing process. When the body has been specifically supported for the task of pregnancy and birth, you are primed for an easier and smoother transition into postpartum recovery. Contact me for pricing.

My role as a doula is to enhance this sacred birth experience and promote an overall positive outcome for you and your family- by providing information, non-judgemental support, and by helping you access your inner wisdom, peace, and strength. 10 years of doula experience, and certifications in Spinning Babies® and Body Ready Method®, allows for a more intuitive, dynamic understanding of the birth process.
