About me

Hi, I’m Carla Noriega, founder of Tu Doula Online. I’m an online doula, childbirth educator and breastfeeding support specialist with 11 years of experience and more than 300 births accompanied. I support pregnant mothers through a personalized, warm and deeply emotional approach. My work focuses on helping you understand your options, create your birth plan, prepare for breastfeeding and, above all, work through the fears, doubts and insecurities that can appear during pregnancy. As an online doula, my intention is to help you arrive at birth feeling less alone, less overwhelmed and more connected to your own confidence. Through virtual sessions, I offer a warm, respectful and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, heard and emotionally accompanied during this important stage. I offer virtual support in Spanish for Spanish-speaking families in the U.S. and worldwide.
