As a full spectrum doula, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood. My role is to offer encouragement, education, and a calming presence so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way. As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, personalized support to help families feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood. Whether you are preparing for labor, welcoming your newborn, or navigating the challenges of postpartum recovery, I am here to support you every step of the way. My services include emotional support, evidence-based education, comfort measures during labor, newborn care guidance, feeding support, and practical assistance as your family adjusts to life with a new baby. Every family’s journey is unique, and my goal is to create a nurturing, judgment-free space where you feel empowered, supported, and confident in your choices. It is an honor to walk alongside families during this special season and provide the care and encouragement they deserve.

Comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum, designed for families wanting a deeper level of preparation and personalized care. Includes: * Complimentary consultation * 3 prenatal visits (approximately 1-2 hours each) * Personalized birth planning and birth preferences session * Education on labor stages, comfort measures, interventions, and informed decision-making * Birth partner preparation and hands-on comfort measure practice * Feeding and newborn care guidance * Personalized postpartum planning session * Unlimited text, phone, and email support throughout pregnancy * On-call support from 38 weeks until birth * Continuous labor and birth support * Access to birth ball and peanut ball (if available) * Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth * Breastfeeding support after delivery * Two postpartum visits (around day 4 and day 30 postpartum) * Resource referrals for local providers and support services

Thoughtful support for families seeking guidance and continuous labor support. Includes: * Complimentary consultation * 1 prenatal planning visit (approximately 2 hours) * Birth preferences and birth plan assistance * Evidence-based education and resource recommendations * Unlimited text and email support beginning at contract signing * On-call support from 38 weeks until birth * Continuous labor and birth support * Partner support and guidance during labor * Immediate postpartum support for up to 1 hour after birth * One postpartum follow-up visit within the first few weeks after birth
