Postpartum Care in the Comfort of Your Home I’m also a certified postpartum specialist with a deep passion for nurturing mothers during the critical days and weeks after delivery. Full Birth & Postpartum Support Package – $2000 This comprehensive package is designed for families who want seamless support from pregnancy through postpartum. As your doula, I’ll provide calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate care to help you feel prepared, supported, and empowered throughout your entire journey. This package includes: Prenatal Support • 1–2 Prenatal Visits We’ll meet during your pregnancy to discuss your birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan, practice comfort measures, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Birth Support • 24/7 On-Call Availability Starting at 38 Weeks Day or night, I’ll be ready when labor begins—ensuring you have continuous, dependable support. • In-Person Labor & Delivery Support I’ll be by your side throughout labor and birth—offering hands-on comfort techniques, emotional encouragement, and advocacy to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered. Immediate Postpartum Support • 1–2 Hours of Support After Birth (at your birth location) After delivery, I’ll remain with you to ensure a smooth transition—helping with initial bonding, breastfeeding support, and emotional grounding during those first important hours. In-Home Postpartum Visit • One 3-Hour Postpartum Doula Visit at Home Once you’re settled at home, I’ll provide nurturing care and hands-on support to help you rest, recover, and adjust. This visit may include newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, light household help, or anything you need to feel more at ease.

Postpartum Doula Support Gentle, In-Home Care for a Confident and Restful Start As a certified postpartum specialist, I offer nurturing, in-home support tailored to the unique needs of your growing family. Whether you’re recovering from birth, navigating newborn care, or just needing time to rest and adjust, I’m here to support you with compassion, expertise, and respect. Rates • Daytime Support – $55/hour • Overnight Support – $65/hour (Minimum 4-hour daytime shift / 8-hour overnight shift) What’s Included: • Evidence-Based Newborn Care Tips & Tricks Gentle, effective guidance on soothing, swaddling, newborn sleep, and adjusting to life with a baby. • Feeding Support Help with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, including positioning, latch, pumping, and paced feeding. • Support for the Mother Time to eat, shower, and rest while I care for baby and support your recovery in a peaceful, nurturing way. • Light Household Help Including baby laundry, bottle washing, dishes, light tidying, and meal prep to ease your daily load and help your home feel calm and cared for. Whether you need daytime guidance or restful overnight support, my goal is to create a warm, supportive environment so you and your baby can thrive—together.
