As first-time parents, we had a million questions for Carolynn and she always offered sound, practical advice without judgment and connected us with excellent resources. The overnight support she provided us was not just about helping us get more sleep; we learned so much from her about how to care for our daughter. With Carolynn’s help, we gained a toolbox of parenting skills, as well as increased confidence as parents. Additionally, during her overnight shifts, she cared for our daughter as if she were her own. I truly cannot imagine postpartum without her. I would absolutely recommend Carolynn to anyone needing postpartum support—she is a Godsend!!

From the very beginning, Carolynn brought a calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring presence that helped ease so many of our anxieties. Carolynn was a such a HUGE help during our first week home with our baby girl. She came in with the calmest energy (even when we were a mess tbh), made sure I was eating, resting, and not losing my mind, and somehow always knew what both my sweetie and I needed. She helped me with breastfeeding, newborn care, and more. And yes, I actually got to nap… She was supportive, kind, funny, and zero judgment.
