Hello guys! My name is Ruth-Ann Grant. I'm a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. I'll be servicing the Central Florida area. I'm excited to be on this new journey. My hope is to help mom's feel seen, heard, and cared for. My background is being a massage therapist. I have over 5 years of experience with not just relaxing the body but the mind. That experience helps me be a better listener, nurturer and safe space. I'm excited to be able to add that knowledge to helping my future moms.

As a third time c section mom and the first time postpartum doula customer I’m over the moon with the service Ruth-Ann provided. She treated me like family from the first encounter. Her attention to detail and thought provoking questions helped guide me through the recovery process and I learned from her wealth of knowledge. She helped me to have a new perspective of the assistance I might need this time around that I didn’t think of. This is my third child and my third c section, this recovery would not have been as smooth, positive and comfortable without Ruth-Ann.
