About me

My name is Carynne Martin and I was born, raised and currently reside in NYC. I have recently answered my calling to be a birth doula to serve birthing individuals from all walks of life. My goal and dream as a birth doula is to give birthing persons the birthing experience they deserve which should be joyous, peaceful and comfortable. The title doula to me means being an advocate, a support system, a confidante and an educator. I have completed my training with Mama Glow Foundation and now I am looking forward to serving my community one birth at a time.

Service introduction

I offer a comprehensive doula support package designed to provide continuous care before, during, and after birth. This package includes two prenatal visits to prepare for labor, discuss your birth preferences, and build comfort and confidence. When your birthing time arrives, I’ll provide in-person birth support, offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and advocacy throughout your labor and delivery. After your baby arrives, I’ll visit you for two postpartum sessions to check in on recovery, feeding, and emotional well-being—ensuring you feel supported as you adjust to life with your newborn.
