I am Casey (Ashke), a mother, educator, herbalist, nutritionist, and doula dedicated to supporting women through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. After birthing my son at home, I felt a deep calling to help other women embrace the transformative power of pregnancy and birth. I bring a holistic and nurturing approach to my work, grounded in the values of informed consent, inclusivity, and compassionate care.
