About me

It's so nice to meet you! I'm Cass — a birth doula who strives to bring heart and humor to all I do. I believe strongly in reproductive justice and the power of every individual's autonomy. I work with clients to help them approach their fertility, birth, and postpartum journey in a way that feels most aligned to them. My background as a yoga teacher helps me bring tools like breathwork and positioning into birth prep, as well as labor and delivery. As a queer person who has experienced working within systems that weren't made for me, I'm passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and identities create spaces where they feel safe, seen, and valued.

-Two educational, birth planning sessions to talk about what to expect, plus your visions for the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum (this includes development of a birth plan) -Text and phone support leading up to the birth with 24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks until delivery -Hands-on physical, emotional, and educational support during your labor and delivery until 1-2 hours after, basic lactation support is included -One postpartum check-in to discuss your birth experience and help you feel ready to take on this new chapter
