There are moments in life that transform us forever..... Over the years, my journey has taken me through extraordinary experiences—from a career in performing arts to adventures around the world, to motherhood, profound loss, rebuilding, and discovering the many ways love can shape a life. Each chapter taught me something different.... To stay calm when life is uncertain. To trust intuition. To embrace adaptability when plans change. To meet people with curiosity rather than judgment. To understand that every person carries a story we don't always see. Those experiences didn't just shape who I became; they shaped how I care for others, especially in my role as a birth doula. My focus is on providing comprehensive birth support—it's not about taking over your birth, but walking beside you, creating a space where you feel safe, deeply supported, and completely seen. I aim to bring a grounded presence when emotions feel overwhelming, a joyful heart when celebration fills the room, and exceptional care through every detail of your journey, including essential prenatal education. Birth is far more than welcoming a baby. It marks the beginning of a new family, a new identity, and the most extraordinary transition. It is an honor to be invited into that space. My promise is simple. To meet your journey with presence, compassion, discretion, and wholehearted care—so that you can be fully present for one of the most meaningful days of your life.

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!

Oh my God, I love Pearl! Every time I need to book an appointment, I look forward to seeing her. During my prenatal visits, she was always so supportive. Whenever I complained about back pain, she would give me a back rub that really helped. She also taught me breathing techniques and shared many helpful tips throughout my pregnancy. After my baby was born, Pearl continued to be an amazing support. She showed me how to bathe my baby and helped me feel more confident as a new mom. She would even watch my baby while I took a shower, ate a meal, or took care of personal things. I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive doula. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

2 days before I met Tayna I felt so hopeless in my breastfeeding journey. Thankfully I found her and that she took insurance. So, I set up an appointment, I can’t express just how much help and support she provided. After the first day with her I was back to breastfeeding and by my next appointment with her I gained my confidence back. Thank you so much Tayna, you have no idea the impact you made for me and my family❤️ also to mention she makes house calls which are so helpful those first few days postpartum.

Words cannot not express how thankful I am for Mrs Nicole's help after I had my son! She came to my house 4 times weekly and covered the night shift for me and my husband up until our son was 15 months old. the relief we had with knowing that our first child was being cared for AND we got to get rest to go to work and take care of our son during the day was and is truly priceless! Mrs Nicole helped with diaper changes, feedings and even ran a few loads of the babies clothes while we were sleeping. When our son turned 14 months, he was sleeping through the night so no longer needed her but truly are still grateful we reached out and got the help we needed and wanted. She was open to what we wanted as parents and even offered suggestions that helped us transition into a new world of parenthood. Thank you Mrs Nicole!

EM BLENDS HOLISTIC MODALITIES, ANCESTRAL NOURISHMENT, INTUITIVE CARE AND EVIDENCE-BASED SUPPORT. SHE BELIEVES THAT BIRTH AND THE TRANSITION INTO MOTHERHOD ARE BOTH PHYSIOLOGICAL AND SACRED, A RITE OF PASSAGE DESERVING REVERENCE AND FLOW, NOT INTERVENTION OR DISRUPTION. HER APPROACH REACHES DEEP WITHIN THE BONES OF THOSE SHE SUPPORTS, REMINDING MOTHERS OF THE INNATE WISDOM THAT ALREADY LIVES WITHIN THEM AND HELPING THEM RECONNECT TO THE ROOTS OF ALL WHO HAVE COME BEFORE THEM, WHILE TRUSTING THEIR OWN PRIMAL INSTINCTS. HER PATH INTO THIS WORK UNFOLDED NATURALLY, SOMETHING SHE OFTEN DESCRIBES AS FATED. BORN FROM HER OWN MOTHER'S CHALLENGING BIRTH EXPERIENCE AND THE LASTING IMPACT IT HAD ON THEM BOTH, SHE GREW UP WITH AN INNER KNOWING THAT SHE WAS MEANT TO WALK A PATH OF ENCOURAGING A DIFFERENT STORY FOR OTHERS. THOUGH SHE CARRIES THE TRUTH OF DUALITY WITH HER, FINDING MEANING IN THE REFLECTION THAT HAD HER MOTHER'S STORY BEEN DIFFERENT, SHE MIGHT NOT HAVE FELT HER DESTINY CALLING, DEVELOPING THE PASSION THAT FEELS AS THOUGH IT RUNS THROUGH HER VEINS, TODAY. SHE SUPPORTS BIRTH AND THE FOURTH TRIMESTER SAFELY AND INTUITIVELY, ALLOWING IT TO UNFOLD ORGANICALLY, SHE'LL SIT WITH AND HOLD YOU IN THE BEAUTIFUL MESSINESS, MATCHING THE ENERGY NEEDED FOR EACH MOTHER'S UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. A WOMAN OF ATTENTION AND INTENTION - HER SUPERPOWER IS BEING IN SERVICE TO OTHERS. REWILDING BOTH BIRTH AND LIFE, GROUNDED AND DEEPLY ATTUNED -EM CREATES SAFE, NURTURING SPACES WHERE MOTHERS AND BABES CAN COME THROUGH THE PORTAL OF BIRTH AND RECOVER WITH DEEP CARE AND FATHERS CAN RISE IN THEIR POWER TO SUPPORT. SUPPORTING IN HOSPITAL, HOME BIRTH OR BIRTH CENTERS, SHE HOLDS AND PROTECTS THE PRECIOUS, INTIMATE AND VULNERABLE NEW SPACE FAMILIES ENTER TOGETHER. HER LIFE AND WORK ARE GUIDED BY THE SAME TRUTH-WHEN WE NURTURE OURSELVES AND OUR FAMILIES FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, WE HEAL SOMETHING DEEPER WITHIN US ALL, SOMETHING THAT RIPPLES BOTH FORWARD AND BACKWARD THROUGH TIME.

“I’m an IBCLC and Certified Nurse Midwife with an independent practice providing both full-scope midwifery care and comprehensive lactation services across hospital and community settings. My lactation work spans the full clinical spectrum—from establishing breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period to managing complex feeding challenges such as low milk supply, delayed lactogenesis, post-cesarean lactation, and infants with dysregulated feeding patterns. I have extensive experience in detailed newborn oral evaluation, including identification and functional assessment of anomalies such as ankyloglossia. I integrate these findings into individualized care plans and frequently collaborate with interdisciplinary providers for frenotomy when indicated, as well as provide structured pre- and post-procedural feeding support to optimize outcomes. My approach is evidence-based, highly individualized, and focused on measurable outcomes. I prioritize effective milk transfer, protection of maternal supply, and long-term sustainability of the breastfeeding relationship. My care plans often incorporate structured supplementation strategies—including the use of supplemental nursing systems to maintain feeding at the breast—alongside selective, clinically appropriate use of galactagogues. I place strong emphasis on ongoing reassessment and adjustment to ensure interventions remain effective. I also have experience supporting higher-risk dyads, including late preterm infants, NICU graduates, and cases involving maternal endocrine or perinatal factors impacting lactation. Working across both inpatient and community environments has given me a clear understanding of care transitions and the gaps families encounter after discharge, allowing me to provide more cohesive, continuous support. My midwifery background strengthens my ability to assess the full maternal–infant dyad and identify contributing factors early, supporting more efficient and durable lactation outcomes. I’m confident practicing autonomously and value strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, with a consistent focus on delivering practical, clinically sound, and patient-centered lactation care.”
