Hi, I’m Tanya — a home birth midwife based in Winchester, California, serving families throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties. I’m a mother of two and have been married for 25 years, and I bring that same steady, grounded care into the way I support growing families. I believe birth works best when you feel safe, seen, and truly listened to. My role is to help you create the home birth you’ve been imagining, while keeping safety at the center of everything we do. This is your body, your baby, and your story. I walk beside you with calm guidance, clear information, and experienced hands—so you feel confident and never alone in your choices. Together we’ll create a plan that honors your values, your culture, and what feels right in your home. My care is evidence-based and community-rooted. I keep a close eye on your health and your baby’s wellbeing, and I make sure you understand your options every step of the way. My hope is that you feel informed, respected, and deeply supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and those first tender days postpartum.

A Doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. From comfort techniques and birth planning to newborn care and postpartum recovery, your Doula is there to guide and support you every step of the way. Insurance coverage is only for doula service.
