I provide non-medical, in-home support for new parents, focusing on nurturing the birthing parent's recovery and building family confidence by offering emotional, informational, and practical help with newborn care, feeding, light housework, and sibling integration during the "fourth trimester

Newborn Care

Supports new parents by providing expert, hands-on care for newborns, typically in the first few weeks or months, focusing on establishing feeding routines, healthy sleep habits, and general infant well-being, often working overnight to allow parents to rest and learn
