About me

Hi, I’m Sasha—a certified postpartum doula and newborn care specialist with over 15 years of experience in education and early childhood care. I’ve supported more than 50 families through the early postpartum period, offering calm, evidence-based newborn care alongside deeply nurturing, intuitive support. I’m certified through DONA International and Cornerstone Birthwork, with additional training in perinatal and postpartum yoga. I specialize in overnight support, infant sleep, and feeding support, and I’m especially passionate about helping parents recover, rest, and feel confident in those tender early weeks. My goal is to create a peaceful, grounded environment where both baby and parents can truly thrive.

Packages
Overnight postpartum care
Overnight postpartum support is available for a minimum of 8 hours per night, 1–7 nights per week, from approximately 5 weeks to 6 months postpartum. Support is fully tailored to your family and may include complete newborn care overnight, bath and bedtime routines, feeding support (including lactation support and bottle feeding), soothing and settling, and attentive care for parents recovering from a cesarean birth. Light household support related to baby—such as simple meal prep, baby laundry, and bottle and pump-part sanitation—is also included, allowing parents to rest and recover while knowing their baby is in experienced, capable hands.

Daytime care
Daytime postpartum support is available for a minimum of 4 hours per day and is designed to support both baby and parent as you settle into daily life. It includes all aspects of newborn care and feeding support, along with hands-on recovery care for the birthing person. Daytime support may also include help with settling and putting baby down for sleep, accompaniment to appointments, light errands, postpartum-focused meal prep, and guidance through the rhythms of the day. As baby grows, I also support tummy time and age-appropriate enrichment, helping you feel confident, supported, and cared for during the postpartum period.
