About Charlene

I have spent over seven years working in postpartum care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting families during one of the most important and vulnerable transitions of their lives. Now, I’m honored to continue that work as a certified postpartum doula, offering compassionate, holistic support to help parents and babies truly thrive during the postpartum period. I earned my postpartum doula certification through the International Doula Institute in May 2025 and have completed 95 hours of lactation counselor training. I am currently working toward becoming a Certified Lactation Consultant to expand the evidence-based feeding support I provide. As a mother myself, my goal is to create a calm, nurturing space where families feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
