Service introduction

As a postpartum doula, I offer both daytime and overnight support tailored to your family’s needs. During the day, I can help with newborn care, household organization, and practical guidance to make your home feel calm and manageable. Overnight, I provide care for your baby so you can get much-needed rest while knowing your little one is in trusted hands. Beyond the practical support, I also provide emotional support—listening, reassuring, and helping you feel confident as you adjust to life with your new baby. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you and your family feel cared for, organized, and supported every step of the way. Overnight shifts are anywhere between 8 and 12 hours and day shifts are usually 3-6 hours.
