Chelsea Geraghty

About me

Hi, my name is Chelsea Geraghty and I am a CAPPA Certified Postpartum Doula in Boulder, CO. I became inspired to become a Doula after having two children of my own and struggling through those difficult first 3 months, needing support I just did not know existed. Through the struggle there is also so much joy, and I hope to be the support person that eases you into the transition to parenthood. I offer a helping hand, education, a listening ear and helpful instruction without judgement. I also teach yoga a few times a week and would be happy to incorporate that into your care as appropriate in your healing journey. In my spare time I like to hike with my dogs, swim and play board games with my two kiddos and go camping with my family.

Service introduction

I Provide a listening ear and a helping hand to new parents, so Mom can recover, rest and allow herself time to heal. I offer physical, emotional, and mental support for the recovering mother, and or family of newborn. I offer Newborn instruction, support and education as well as breastfeeding and Bottle/formula feeding support, instruction and education. I offer Baby wearing instruction. I help with light household duties (laundry, dishes, help tidying up etc) and assistance with meals and meal planning. And finally I offer support to the entire family and assistance with bringing baby home to sibling(s) as well as bringing baby home to pets
