About me

I’m a home birth, birth center, and postpartum doula, certified with DONA International. My practice has been in the Raleigh/Durham area in NC for over three years, and I am now offering Postpartum support for families in Raleigh, Holly Springs, Cary, Fuquay Varina, Apex, Lillington, Coats, Pittsboro, Garner, Clayton, Willow Springs and Sanford NC! With over 30+birth attendances under my belt, I can support you throughout pregnancy, birth and into postpartum. I teach a 1x online Postpartum and Newborn prep course for $100 AND am trained under DONA International's Postpartum Doula Certification qualifications. I am also CPR/FIRST AID/AED Certified through American Red Cross. As the owner and founder of Transforming Births doula Services, my goal is to make the birth and postpartum experience empowering, exciting, peaceful, sacred, intentional, and overall a good experience for the whole family! Educating and informing while nurturing the birth/postpartum family is another way I support my clients. Fun Facts about me... I had a great home birth experience and gave birth to my daughter, on November 4th 2023. My favorite coffee shop is Black and White Coffee Roasters in Raleigh, NC. I have visited over 10 countries in the world. I also love hiking, walking, and being in the sunshine!
