Christina McGee
About me
Christina is the clinical director of Origin South Austin and has been treating pelvic floor conditions since 2013. She serves as the head of the pediatric bowel and bladder program. Christina has particular interests in the areas of sexual health, trauma, LGBTQIA+ health, and pregnancy/postpartum recovery. Christina has twice been a top 5 contestant for Austin American Statesman's "Best Physical Therapist in Austin." Christina is passionate about empowering patients through information, with goals of decreasing fear and enabling individuals to feel in control of symptoms. Within treatment, Christina can utilize treatment strategies of manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, cupping, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback alongside self care education.

Origin Austin offers pelvic floor physical therapy for people of all genders throughout the lifespan. We offer treatment for urinary and bowel incontinence, frequency, urgency, constipation, diastasis recti, hip and tailbone pain, abdominal, pelvic and genital pain, pain with sexual activity, and prolapse, amongst others. Our physical therapists are skilled in treatment of conditions in pregnancy and postpartum recovery and are trauma-informed.
