Overnight Newborn Care

Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combining both, postpartum support gives you the opportunity to truly rest while knowing your baby is being gently and lovingly cared for. Those extra moments of rest can make such a difference, helping you feel more refreshed, supported, and present during the newborn season.

Birth Doula Services

Birth doula services offer thoughtful, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Together, we’ll spend time preparing for your birth through childbirth education and prenatal home visits tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and questions. When labor begins, you’ll have calm support focused on helping you feel comfortable, informed, encouraged, and confident in your choices. My goal is to be a steady, caring presence throughout your journey as you prepare to welcome your baby.
