I’m looking for a doula who will assist in developing a birth plan. I will give birth in a hospital but un-medicated. I need a couch for birth. I want someone certified with multiple years of experience. If someone is knowledgeable about hEDS, that is a bonus but not required.

Plan to have a hospital birth. I would like a doula that is willing to support my medical choices and can help with pain management. My birth plan will probably include a planned induction, however I would like to birth without pain medications if possible. My budget is $1000.

I am currently pregnant with twins and would love a doula who can provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum period. I am planning a vaginal birth and would like support with comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, positioning, advocating for my birth preferences, and helping me feel confident and informed throughout the process. I also plan to breastfeed my babies and would appreciate postpartum and breastfeeding support, including help with establishing breastfeeding with twins. Most importantly, I want a calm, supportive, nonjudgmental doula who will listen to me, respect my choices, encourage me, and help me feel safe and empowered during this experience.
