About me

Hi! My name is CJ and I am originally from California and rural Oregon and moved to Houston last year. I have been passionate about childbirth for six years and am excited to provide doula support to the folks of Harris County. I was trained as a doula by DONA International and interned at a cross-border, bilingual birth center in El Paso, TX. People I am particularly passionate about serving include adolescent, low-income, and first-time mothers. I am a Christian and consider my faith to be an important part of my life. I am also firmly pro-immigrant, pro-LGBTQ+, and support Black Lives Matter. Contact me for a free consultation!
