Hi! My name is CJ and I have passionate about childbirth for seven years and am excited to provide doula support to the folks of Harris County. I was trained as a doula by DONA International and am a student midwife at a large birth center in Houston. I love helping families get educated and prepared for the work that is birth, and helping women embrace the power of their bodies. I am a Christian and consider my faith to be an important part of my life. I am also firmly pro-immigrant, pro-LGBTQ+, and support Black Lives Matter. Contact me for a free consultation!

Essential Birth Package

2 prenatal visits, not including initial meeting/interview Assistance with you and your partner's preparation for childbirth Birth plan writing, if desired 24/7 on call for your birth from 37-42 weeks 1 postpartum visit, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and emotional support (additional visits available at an hourly rate).

Birth/Postpartum Support Package

2-3 prenatal visits, not including initial meeting/interview Assistance with you and your partner's preparation for childbirth Birth plan writing, if desired 24/7 on call for your birth from 37-42 weeks 4 postpartum support visits, including housekeeping, meal prep, and emotional support (additional visits available at an hourly rate).

$1,200 USD · Flat rate

Add-on visits

Add-on prenatal and postpartum visits, however many you need. You do NOT have to purchase any birth package to have prenatal and postpartum visits.

$30 USD · Per hour
