Hello everyone! I am Claire and I am a Certified Sleep Consultant located in Sacramento, CA. I typically work with families who are ready to start an attachment based holistic sleep training method but unsure on exactly how to reach their sleep goals without leaving their children to cry it out. The way we do this is through my preferred two week consultation or deluxe three week consultation. Let me talk you through them so you can get a better idea of what it would look like to work together!

Sleep Coach services

I have a 3 step virtual program offering support 2-3 weeks. We will hop on a discovery call to discuss sleep goals and what it looks like to work with me, then if we decide it’s a good fit I’ll have you fill out a detailed questionnaire and I will create an individualized sleep plan that fits your comfort levels. We will hop on a 1-hour call to review the plan and discuss any concerns or questions and then we begin! I offer text message support from 8am to 8pm and depending on which package you select, you will have 2-3 weeks of this text message support.
