About me

Hey there, I am a young woman who has a heart for God, birth, and serving others. I started my birth work journey when I was seventeen years old, and have fallen in love with supporting other women in pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. I took my Doula training a year ago through Your Cherished Birth, and have been working on achieving my certification since then. Like everything else, I believe our bodies have been designed perfectly and without flaw, by God. Birth should not be an abnormal, impossible and scary thing, but rather a natural, beautiful and empowering experience. And this is more easily achieved with a Doula at your side reminding you to take care of yourself, advocating for you and your husband, and giving you ways to cope with the intensity of labor.
