Hi! I’m Karina. A local worship leader, birth doula and mom to four under four. You can find me on a trail or at the zoo with my kids when we have free time! I am passionate about serving women as they journey through motherhood. I believe our bodies are wonderfully made and capable of doing great things.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Standard birth package

2 prenatal appts, an hour a half long each
On call and continuous labor support
2 postpartum sessions

$1,000 USD · Flat rate

Childbirth education

3 sessions 1 1/2 hours long Pregnancy basics and bodily changes, common interventions and medications in labor, stages of labor, postpartum and breastfeeding information. I also connect you to local resources!

$400 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Support

Household chores, help with baby and/or siblings, cooking meals
Generally whatever you need that I am able to help with I can do!

$30 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I offer a free meet and greet to help us get to know each other. After contract signing we schedule two prenatal appointments. The first is to talk through things, draft up a birth plan, answer any childbirth education questions you may have, and discuss hopes and also fears going into the birth. The second appt is to practice labor techniques and walk through the stages of labor. We will solidify your birth plan here. At 37 weeks I am on call, and I provide hands on continuous support until up to two hours AFTER baby is born. Two postpartum appointments can be utilized to offer help with breastfeeding, chores around the house, or to sift through your birth together!
