About me

As a Newborn Care Specialist, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience supporting babies and young families through the tender, wild early months of life. With advanced training in RIE infant development, a background in developmental psychology, and extensive experience caring for newborns in private homes, I offer calm, attuned, evidence-informed care rooted in respect for both baby and parent. I’m especially skilled at helping families navigate sleep and soothing, feeding, and the emotional complexity of new parenthood with warmth and confidence. I aim to create the conditions for both babies and parents to settle into trust, confidence, and connection in their new life together.

Overnight Infant Care
Overnight care is designed to help families get meaningful rest while ensuring their baby receives attentive, responsive, developmentally informed care throughout the night. During overnight shifts, I provide feeding support (breastfeeding support, bottle preparation, or combination feeding), diapering, soothing, swaddling, settling, and careful observation of your baby’s rhythms, cues, and emerging patterns. Beyond hands-on care, overnight support gives parents the priceless gift of deeper sleep, greater peace of mind, and the reassurance that a calm, experienced set of hands is present through the night. Ideal for: * Fresh postpartum recovery * First-time parents wanting extra support * Families navigating sleep deprivation or feeding challenges * Transition periods, regressions, or especially demanding seasons

Daytime Infant Care
Daytime support focuses on both baby care and helping the entire household find more sustainable rhythms during the day. This may include feeding support, naps, soothing, tummy time, developmental play, sensory exploration, stroller walks, and responsive support around regulation and transitions. I also help families better understand their baby’s cues, temperament, sleep rhythms, and developmental needs. Daytime care often includes practical support around topics such as feeding transitions, introducing solids, sibling adjustment, regulation, and age-appropriate developmental milestones. The goal is not simply to care for your baby, but to help your family feel more confident, grounded, and supported as you settle into daily life together. Ideal for: * First-time parent support * Transition to solids * Return-to-work transitions * Sibling adjustment * Families wanting expert developmental guidance alongside hands-on care
