I have a strong love and desire to care for newborn and children as I am currently a mother of four and have five grandchildren, ages 1 month-9 years old, last one born in November. I am currently a postpartum nurse and mother of four young girls. After nursing school at Ohio State I commissioned as a Navy Nurse. While in the Navy I worked on many units from Pediatrics, ER, NICU, postpartum, adolescent psych, and general med-surg. I found a passion for Peds/NICU and postpartum because I grew to love teaching and empowering parents to feel confident in their roles. I have loved all four of my non-medicated birthing and postpartum experiences. Outside of work I am a full-time mom, currently homeschooling my oldest daughter (6yo).
