I want to do no epidural with plenty of free movement and stretching. I want to experience a natural birth from the beginning to the end. Soft and gentle coaching with a Christian based approach. I want to bond with the baby, delayed cord clamping until the placenta is empty. Soothing and plenty of help with pain relief.
