I live in Bethany, Connecticut with my husband and children, and it is my honor to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. As your birth doula, my goal is to help you feel calm, supported, informed, and deeply confident in your body and your choices. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth, gently reminding you of your birth preferences when focus feels hard to maintain. I guide you with visualization, relaxation techniques, and comfort measures to help you stay grounded and connected between surges. After birth, I support those precious first moments—encouraging skin-to-skin bonding and assisting with baby-led, self-latching if you plan to breastfeed—so you can begin your parenting journey feeling empowered and supported. I am DONA International certified in Birth & Postpartum Care, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through Healthy Children, a Spinning Babies™ Certified Parent Educator, an Evidence Based Birth™ Instructor, a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist and a Childbirth Educator. I also have extensive experience supporting families who use Hypnobirthing techniques and truly love helping parents create a birth experience that feels gentle, calm, and aligned with their vision. I would be honored to support you in achieving the birth you’ve dreamed of—one filled with trust, confidence, and compassionate care.

I have a practice with myself and 2 partners, we share an on call schedule. We do 3 in home visits. 2 in home prenatal appointments, in home Baby Basics Workshop, labor and birth support plus a postpartum follow up. Included Spinning Babies, 6 hr CBE, Evidence Based Birth course, prenatal & postpartum support groups.
