The cost of a night nanny in Columbia, MO can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Columbia, MO, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

If your on the fence about getting a Doula for your birth I 100% recommend Taylor. I was having a hard time finding a doula and was honestly ready to give up. When Taylor reached out to me I already gave up hope on having a doula. I decided to give the doula dream one more try and I'm so happy that I did! Taylor was super friendly and made the process very easy. She was there for all my questions and was super supportive. By the time it was time to give birth she already felt like a sister. She was super supportive and helped ease my fear of going into labor. Then going into labor she was there every second for me. Very selfless, encouraging and wise. I know I could of had this baby without her but... In my mind there is no way I could of done it without her. I'm pretty sure she's one of the reasons my labor went so fast. Definitely will be texting Taylor two pink lines in the future if I'm ever blessed again. I wouldn't want to go into labor with out her and you shouldn't either.♥️
