Overnight doula services for new born care (8 hours overnight)

Post-partum assistance with baby and also around the house, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, potential bottle prep, etc. Would like to use my coverage under Kaiser Nor-Cal, but also open to adding on services or paying partially out of pocket.

I’m looking for an overnight postpartum doula for newborn care. I mainly need someone to care for my baby at night so I can rest. Duties would include bottle feeding or bringing the baby to me for nursing, burping, changing diapers, soothing, and putting the baby back to sleep. I would also appreciate light baby-related help, such as washing bottles/pump parts, keeping a simple overnight log of feeds and diapers, and having a small snack available during the shift. My partner, Lucas, and I live in the Mission in San Francisco and are currently looking for a doula to support us during birth and postpartum period. We are planning a hospital birth through Kaiser at the Redwood City Birth Center, and ideally are looking someone in-network with Kaiser and able to accept Carrot benefits. A little about us: we’re a French/German-American couple in our 30s, and this is our first baby. I tend to be thoughtful and preparation-oriented, and I’m looking for someone calm, grounded, emotionally attuned, and experienced supporting first-time parents. We are having twins in August and looking for post partum support overnight 4 nights a week.

Helping with feed, changing diaper, going on a walk, doing laundry and light cleaning (bottles, changing pad, etc) for the parent at home while the other is at work. no need for cooking or deep cleaning.
