I hired Cortney before my son was even born and once he arrived, I was so grateful to her there to help! In the interview, she walked me through what I might need, what she offered, and how she could help support me in those early months overnight and I was already at ease knowing she was such a fount of information and calm. Once he was here and she started helping at night, I was able to sleep knowing he was safe and cared for! She helped me navigate breastfeeding, how to handle daytime feedings and sleep when she wasn’t there, and made sure I was confident in how to handle going back to work. All my friends were envious and would say things like “I wish I had a Cortney when I had a baby!” Hiring Cortney was my very first parenting decision and it was a great one!
