Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a wife, mom of three, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Registered Health Care Aide with over 17 years of experience supporting people in their homes. My own experiences with motherhood, birth, postpartum, and loss are a big part of what led me to doula work. I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and connecting with other moms. I’m passionate about helping women feel genuinely cared for and supported during such a vulnerable season of life. I’m also currently completing training in grief and loss support, with a special focus on supporting families through pregnancy and infant loss.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Postpartum daytime support

Personalized in-home postpartum support tailored to your family’s needs. Care may include newborn and feeding support, rest and recovery, meal preparation, laundry, household help, sibling care and postpartum personal-care support. Minimum 3-hour visit.

$35 CAD · Per hour

Postpartum evening/night support

Gentle in-home support during the evening and overnight hours, tailored to your family’s needs. Support may include newborn care while you rest, feeding and breastfeeding support, settling and soothing baby, bottle preparation, light household tasks, and preparing for the night ahead. Evening and overnight support is subject to availability. Minimum 3-hour visit.

$40 CAD · Per hour

What to expect

My primary focus is postpartum doula care, offering compassionate, practical support as families adjust to life with a new baby. Along with newborn and feeding support, rest, meals and household help, my extensive background as a Health Care Aide allows me to comfortably assist with personal care during postpartum recovery, including showering, toileting and mobility support after a C-section or difficult birth, following the advice of their care team. I’m also open to attending births when availability allows and we’re a good fit.
