I’m a Christian, and I’m really looking for a doula who can support me physically, emotionally, and spiritually throughout this pregnancy and birth. I’m hoping to have an unmedicated, natural birth and would love to learn breathing techniques, labor positions, and different coping strategies to help me prepare. I’m honestly scared, and one of my biggest goals is to have a positive birth experience and to avoid tearing entirely if possible. I want to learn everything I can to prepare my body and reduce my risk of tearing. I also want to learn more about nutrition during pregnancy, including organic foods and understanding healthy versus less-healthy carbohydrates. I plan to breastfeed again and would love support with preparing for that as well. I also have questions about healthy weight management during pregnancy and postpartum and would love guidance on how to safely care for my body while making sure my baby is properly nourished. Hi! I’m reaching out because I’ve been exclusively pumping using stimulation mode on my Motif wearable pump for the past 4 months. I have inverted nipples, my milk supply is low and both my nipples and areola get pulled into the flange while pumping. I recently tried expression mode and I have some pain during it. I’m wondering if I may have elastic nipples, if my flange size is incorrect, or if I’m using my pump properly. I’d love some guidance on whether I’m pumping correctly and how to make pumping more comfortable and effective. Thank you
