As a mother of two wonderful children, I know firsthand that birth is a deeply personal and transformative journey—both profoundly challenging and incredibly rewarding. As a holistic doula, I support you with a mind-body-spirit approach, honoring your unique needs, preferences, and intuition. With over 15 years of experience in advocacy, including a decade specializing in mental health and trauma-informed care, I bring a deep understanding of emotional and psychological well-being to my work. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology has shaped my approach, allowing me to support individuals with compassion, knowledge, and a strong foundation in evidence-based care. My mission as your doula is to empower you—helping you feel strong, confident, and deeply supported throughout your birth experience. I am here to nurture your body, mind, and soul, ensuring you are cared for every step of the way.

What to expect

During our prenatals we will get to know one another, discuss your birthing expectations and goals as well as practice various techniques for pain management etc. I will support you for your birth and also provide 2 postpartum visits where we will check in, answer questions and assist with basic lactation support if needed.

Crystal is an amazing doula - she lives and breathes this work. I sought her out after I learned she had natural births with both of her babies and had experience with co-sleeping and breastfeeding. She delivered on that experience and expertise by setting me up with all the coping skills my husband and I needed to labor at home. She took time to answer my questions about the birthing process, breastfeeding and post partum, provided me with useful tools, checked on me frequently, loved and supported me during my post partum and has continued to be a resource since. I highly recommend Crystal as your doula as she will put her heart and soul in to being there for you. Crystal really walks the talk which was so important for me in choosing the right doula. Don’t let her slip away!

Crystal is all around amazing. She is supportive, knowledgeable and she empowers you to make informed decisions for yourself and what you want. I struggled to feel comfortable with any doctors after my last pregnancy; Crystal helped to put me at ease.
