I am currently on my second pregnancy with twins! I reside in Fredericksburg but do plan to give birth at Stafford hospital, just like I did with my first. I am hoping to go natural but am flexible in my birth plan due to the risks of having twins (preterm labor, c section, etc). I am mostly looking for someone that can help provide care during the nights in the very beginning for the twins. I will be breastfeeding so I’ll be up as well but am really wanting help on changes, potential bottle feed once or twice through the night while I pump, and putting them back to sleep. I hardly slept with my first and struggled deeply with PPD and would like to avoid that at all cost. I am open to any caregiver but would prefer female only, and at least 2-4 years experience.

I plan to give birth at home or at a birthing center via a tub birth. I need a provider with a certification that meets Tricare's requirements, speaks English, and has at least a year of experience. I do not have a budget estimation but have seen that Tricare does cover a doula and a midwife. I have Tricare Reserve Select.

We have a 17 month old daughter, Josie, who is not a good sleeper. Historically ear pain has been the primary problem, both pre and post ear tubes. We are looking for a night nurse for our almost 5 month old; we are navigating a big sleep regression with her while also balancing having an 18 month old and full time jobs. We are expecting twins in mid-May and are looking for a night nanny to support us for: - 9-10 hrs / night - 5 nights / week - First 10 weeks of our twins lives We can offer a bed in the twin's room, but unfortunately don't have a separate room to house a night nanny full time.
