About Cynthya

Hi, I'm Cynthya, the owner of The Happiest Doulas serving St Pete and Atlanta. I am a Professional Member at Evidence Based Birth® where I receive frequent continuing education on the best practices in the field. As an evidence-based instructor and doula, I offer my clients a balanced approach to using mind-body relaxation techniques specific to pregnancy and labor. For over 15 years, I’ve held certification with Hypnobabies as a Hypno-Doula, and as a Labor Doula with Childbirth International. In 2015, I trained as a bereavement doula through StillbirthDay to support all birth outcomes, and in 2022, I completed my training at the Center for Breastfeeding/Healthy Children Project to become a Certified Lactation Counselor. I currently serve as President of the Tampa Bay Birth Network to carry on our mission of raising awareness for holistic and informed pregnancy and birth for all families.

Active Labor and Childbirth Doula Support

Childbirth doula support will be provided in person at the start of active labor until 1-2 hours postpartum. You’ll get access to the online Membership Portal, Evidence-based educational email series, Online body-feeding class, a Birth plan review via Zoom at 36 weeks gestation, Talk/text check-ins at the beginning of labor until 2 weeks postpartum.

Mini childbirth class and mini photo session

Take this small group class to help prepare you to meet baby soon. This mini class is short but will equip you with comfort measures, labor interventions, and what to expect. Includes a free mini photo session!

I've attended over 625 birthdays in 16+ years as a childbirth doula. As an evidence-based instructor and doula, I offer my clients a balanced approach to using mind-body relaxation techniques specific to pregnancy and labor. I’m delighted to capture baby’s first birthday for those who invite me to do so as well as provide Pregnancy, Fresh 48, and Family photography in St Pete. Special pricing for clients who enter their images into my portfolio.
