Postpartum Doula services

I offer in-person postpartum doula support focused on newborn care and parent well-being. My services include emotional support, newborn care guidance, breastfeeding support, nighttime assistance, and helping families adjust to life with a new baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment so parents feel confident, rested, and cared for during the postpartum period.

Nara Lima was my postpartum doula from the very first night I came home from the hospital through my baby’s first three months, and I truly cannot recommend her enough.
