About me

Hi, I’m Destiny Consuelo — a postpartum doula and newborn care provider specializing in responsive, intuitive, and deeply grounded overnight care. My approach is centered on the belief that the earliest days of life shape not only sleep, but the long-term emotional foundation of a child. With many years of hands-on newborn experience, I’ve supported families across the country in creating calm nights, confident days, and secure beginnings. I believe in co-regulation and respecting each baby’s rhythm as they learn to grow secure attachments and trust in their new environment outside of the womb. I believe in high-touch, responsive care which is part of why my style of care includes “awake” care. I provide detailed notes and “next steps” for first-time parents who may also appreciate in-depth guidance and opinions from an experienced perspective. I am Calm. Attuned. Responsive. Service introduction

I primarily support families overnight with high-touch, developmentally appropriate and evidence-based newborn care. 5/6 night minimums for 4 weeks or more. Occasional day-time care can be discussed - though I usually rest during the day due to mostly providing “awake” care which reflects in my hourly rate.
