About me

I’m an intuitive and holistic birth doula helping you prepare mind, body and spirit for birth. I help you empower yourself to stay in the driver seat of your birth while being able to navigate the unpredictable. I am a guide throughout the entire journey from pregnancy to birth and beyond. I use modalities such as Reiki, EFT tapping, Body Ready Method and more. I specialize in working with midwives in and out of hospital and help you stay in the driver seat of your birth even when the unexpected occurs. I can create custom packages to fit your needs and I have flexible payment plans. I also lead a hands on immersive child birth preparation workshop. I’m Doula D, aka Danette (she/her), intuitive and holistic birth guide/doula. I’m a DONA-trained Birth Doula, Certified Body Ready Method Pro®, Energy Worker, and EFT/tapping practitioner. I’m passionate about empowering you to transform your birth through a holistic and intuitive approach. I specialize in physiological birth and help you mentally, physically, and spiritually prepare for the most empowering birth possible. I also aim to energetically align you with your desired birth. Together, we’ll expand your capacity to navigate the unknown and surrender into the wildness of birth. You’ll learn to trust your body and the process while keeping your power. I offer immersive birth preparation workshops, body preparation sessions based in the Body Ready Method®, coaching calls, birth education, resources, and more!
