Need a night doula or nanny to provide respite for my husband and I, one to two nights per week since our 3 month is waking up quite frequently overnight. We would also be interested in sleep training advice as well. Estimated budget $30-50 dollars per hour.

I have identical twin girls almost 6 months old, I have been sleeping on the couch for the last month because they do not like to sleep in their bassinet. We would like someone who is cpr certified, has at least 5 years experience working with infants and is okay having a 4 year old being around. It would be helpful to have someone who can help with sleep training for the baby as my husband goes to sleep around 9pm and has to be awake for work at 3:00am
