We are struggling with getting our 10 month old to fall asleep in his crib and self soothe himself back to sleep when we wakes up; he starts standing up and scream crying, we try to soothe him, but give up and end up taking him to our bed where ~surprise~ he sleeps fine but we do not. We are sometimes able to get him to sleep in his crib for 4 hours before he awakes and we are forced to move him to our bed. I have no idea what this kind of support costs.

We are new parents to a four month old baby girl and need help with setting a healthy sleep foundation and routine for day naps and eating as well as night feeding and support with breast milk pumping ideas for maintaining/ increasing milk supply. We are interested in a person with experience supporting families through sleep training (naps and night sleep) and with a healthy approach with least amount of “crying it out.” We would like someone to observe us in our home and coach us through the routines and give input on how we do things and are open to suggestions for how we arrange the nursery and our home to promote best sleep and feedings for our baby girl. We’d like someone to spend at least three days observing us including morning and nights (alternating is fine so as not to go over 8 hours if needed). It is important to us to have the whole day observed from wake up (around 6:30/7:30 am) until night sleep (around 6:30-8 pm). Wed also like help with at least one full night being observed for coaching around night wakings and feedings.
