Service introduction

Overnight Newborn Care * Dedicated, attentive care throughout the night to ensure your baby is safe, fed, and comforted, allowing you to get the restorative sleep you need. Postpartum & Feeding Support * Comprehensive assistance with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding logistics, alongside emotional and practical support for the birthing parent during the recovery period. Sleep Guidance & Routine Building * Gentle, evidence-based support to help establish healthy sleep patterns and routines tailored to your baby's developing needs. Nursery Organization, Hygiene & Logging * Maintenance of an organized, efficient nursery environment, careful cleaning and sterilization of feeding equipment, and detailed logging of the baby's feedings, sleep, and diaper changes. Newborn-Specific Laundry * Meticulous laundering of baby linens and clothing, performed during overnight shifts when the baby is settled and time permits, keeping my primary focus on newborn care. Education & Empowerment *Many new parents feel overwhelmed by the lack of an "instruction manual." I show you how to bathe, swaddle, and soothe your newborn and give lactation support so you feel confident doing it yourself during the day.
